So how much does this all cost?
Our quote will be dependent on the overall scope of work, however typically homeowners can expect the cost of a project management service to be around 10% of the overall build price.
Through our experience of working on residential building projects we provide tailored and flexible project management or project monitoring services that allows Ivy Project Management to provide you with exactly the right level of support and to a fixed fee cost over an agreed period of time.
We also offer a consultancy service that is charged at either an hourly or daily rate (dependent on client needs / wants) and we’re always happy to advise how we could best help within the budget that you have available.
